We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you return your item(s), please firstly feel free to contact us and tell us the problem you may encounter, our customer service team will be very happy and active to help you solve your problem, and most of the time you won't send anything back with our prompt, personalized and targeted support.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once SHIPPED OUT, while if not shipped yet then the orders can be cancelled following up to the customers' requests, but a 5% cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellations of the unshipped and unwanted orders.This cancellation article is recognized to be accepted by the customers once the orders are submitted.
2. Returned because of unknown addressee, undeliverable address, insufficient address or being unclaimed
If the package gets returned because of unknown addressee, undeliverable address, insufficient address or being unclaimed, then the order can be reshipped upon receipt of the return, but the re-shipping cost should be prepaid by the customer.Or it can be processed as a return for non-quality reasons upon receipt of the returned package, then a 30% handling fee will be charged, and the shipping cost will not be refundable.
3. Return and full refund
Within 30 days of your purchase, you'll just need your proof of purchase and original packaging and we'll provide you with a complete refund or exchange. The item(s) should be returned with the proof of purchase in original packaging, and please notify us and provide us the tracking information once the item(s) is shipped out, and we will provide you with a complete refund or exchange once we receive the returned item(s). Please be noted the shipping cost will not be refunded, and buyers must be responsible for the shipping cost on all return and replacement items. When we receive the returned item(s), our quality-control professional will give a final judgement on whether the problem is caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The repaire, replacement and return will not be free of charge if the problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.
4. Return and partial refund
We will give a partial refund for non-quality problems as follows:
(1).The item is a little bit different from the description and/or the product photos.
(2).Not suitable size.
(3).Don't like the color and/or style any more.
Within 7 days of purchase, if you'd like to return the item(s) upon the reasons listed above, you'll just need the proof of purchase and original packaging to return the item and get a partial refund. Since the item(s) is returned upon non-quanlity reasons, we will charge a 30% handling Fee of the total amount, and the shipping cost will not be refundable.
